             The Felix O. Alfelor Sr. Foundation College, Inc. popularly abbreviated as “FAFC” is one of the premier academic institutions in Camarines Sur, founded and established by a distinguished member of the academe, a philanthropist and brilliant educator, Dr. Remedios R. Alfelor - good behalf of the former Provincial Governor, Felix O. Alfelor Sr. of Iriga City. The former St. John Academy, whose existence of four decades reaped achievements and made outstanding contributions to the community, paved way to offspring of FAFC which was officially registered to the Security and Exchange Commission on the 16th day of May 1986, thus giving it the corporate existence.
