My Top 4 Favorite Female Latin Dancers of All Time and What I Learned from Them
As a dancer, we find inspiration in other dancers too. We look at videos, watch shows, and take lessons from people whom we look up to and give us motivation.
In my more than 15 years of dancing and competing in Latin-American Dance, I've had my own favorites as well. I love Dasha Chesnokova, Andra Vaidelaite, Ina Jeliazkova, Ana Melnikova, Karina Smirnoff, to name a few. But among the long list, here are my top four:
4.) Beata Onefater
Aside from a figure that could stop traffic, this lady is oozing with sexiness that is characteristic of Latin-American dancing. Just watch her Samba performances and you'll see what I mean. I admire how she can be so fast but still maintain quality and good technique.

Anya Klimova-Preston
Anya Klimova-Preston is a former ProfessionalBallroom dancer, specializing in the International Style Standard and Latin divisions. Having coached various Russian National Champions that took titles from 2004 to 2006 as well as U.S. National Champions of 2009 to 2011 and 2013, she is an award winning author of various Ballroom Dancing programs including "Dance Fireworks" and the "Six Steps to Ballroom Dance Proficiency". Anya has won numerous awards throughout her career as a dance instructor, including "Dance Teacher of the Year" in Russia in 2003. Now residing in Portland, Oregon, Anya is currently a dance instructor, choreographer, as well as an adjudicator for USA Dance and the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF).

By a happy coincidence, on the Russian National in Ulyanovsk rest after rounds Dmitry himself noticed Anna Bezikova, as immediately and told the teachers. But not everything was so simple: a potential partner's parents say their weighty three "no". This was compounded by at least the fact that they lived and practiced in different cities. They both wanted to dance together and that is exactly what happened.The first competition not only did not bring medals, but even gave enter the final.
